DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
EXCLUSIONS
Please note that personalized or custom orders are exempt from being returned. If the item does arrive damaged, custom orders are still eligible for refunds.
REFUND PROCESS
Contact us within the specified time frame. Provide your name, order number, and a clear photo of the damaged item. Once approved, we will provide instructions on returning the item. Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
